Activated Charcoal Soap

If you are a soap maker and would like to buy activated charcoal powder, going through my link ((Buy Activated Charcoal) isn’t costing you one penny more but I would make a small commission so I thank you very much for your support.

Approx 35 grams

Home made soap is all chemistry. This recipe is a bit gritty which makes a great exfoliation soap.  That is normal in some home made soap recipes.  Sometimes Shea Butters, Palm Oils and even some fragrances oil can cause tiny crystals in the finished soap recipe.  The soap is perfectly fine, this is purely cosmetic. Some colorants may run.  If your lather is a little colored, do not be alarmed, that is normal. The colorant is cosmetic grade and will not stain your skin or tub.

Why is homemade soaps better? Home made soap also contains glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air to the skin. It’s produced naturally during the soapmaking process. Some commercial soaps remove the glycerin from the bars and sell it to make lotions and creams and other things, sometimes replacing it with synthetics. Just google it. You will see why some consider it liquid gold.

Homemade Soap takes 4 – 6 weeks to set. Contact me for prices, stock and pick up or shipping. Various weights.

I have lots of issues with blemishes due to my anxiety but during the week i tried the soap, I was not tempted to pick. My skin was smooth and so soft. The soap leaves a very gentle smell that helped calm me throughout the day. I’ve started using it on my legs as they are very dry and full of bumps and after one use, there’s already a difference.
Overall, an amazing soap that I would recommend to anyone, especially if you have anxiety disorders.
